Public space is available for use by residents. In Sansom East, there is an ATM for banking in the lobby, a computer room and commons area on the ground floor, and a lounge on floor 11. The commons area provides study space, a movie/social room with kitchenette, a piano, and a recreation room. In Sansom West, there are lounges on floors 3,6,11,14, and a television in the main lobby.
